4 December 05: Distribution of financial aid; Rs. 3,000 to each family (total of 132 families) in tent villages Diyarrian and Chattian Teh (Hatian Ballah, District Muzaffarabad). The team was accompanied by Ichawaja M. Yunis (Birmingham) and Ghulam Yayah Ansari (Blackburn). A tent school was established and books and stationery were provided to sixty pupils. A medical camp was set up and medication was provided to the patients in the tent village.

10 December 05: Metal sheets and financial aid was given to 230 families in Muzaffarabad city and to earthquake victims of valley Neelam (village of Beerri and Khatia Chogali) with the contact of Mufti Mohammed Roass Khan Ayubi (District Mufti, Mirpur) Resident of Sharda, Neelam valley, and Choudhary Ghazanfar Ali (Director Local Government).

15 December 05: Distribution of metal sheets and financial aid for victims of Bagh. Financial donation for Eid to victims of Bheer Paani and Sudan Gali villages. The team was accompanied by Khawja Mohamed Younis (Birmingham), Dr M Yasin (Birmingham) and Imtiaz Ahmed Bhatti (Bradford).

11 January 06: Distribution of Qurbani meat in various tent villates in the area of Muzaffarabad, including Chattian and Diyarrian tent villages. The meat of thirty animals (cows) was packed (equivalent 3 kg of meat packed in 1200 bags) and distributed to the victims.

2 February 06: Bahsarat Shaheen (General Secretary AWT UK) , Haji Abdul Jabaar Bhatti (Bradford) and volunteers of AWT visited the village of Pehloot Union Council Kai Manja Ten (Hattian Bala District, Muzaffarabat). They were accompanied by Azaz Nasim (Secretary Agriculture and Live Stocks, Azad Kashmir Government), and distributed Rs. 3,000 per family to one hundred affected families.

5 March 06: Four member delegates of AWT, including Alhaj Tariq Mahmood Ansari (Chair), Dr Amjad Ensari (Co-ordinator), Alhai M Aftab Ansari and Basharat Shaheen (General Secretary AWT UK) met the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Sardar Sakindar Hayat at Kashmir House (Islamabad) and briefed him on the over all relief efforts of AWT and other projects of AWT especially.
